The Accident Care Chiropractic & Massage (ACCM)Team at the Hazel Dell location are absolutely phenomenal! I have incredibly bad luck when it comes to car accidents. I have been in 7 (maybe 8…)car accidents in my 30 years of living on this floating rock called Earth. I have always gone and done Chiropractic, acupuncture, cupping, massage, and PT in various groupings depending on the accident/situation. At the end of the treatment plans, it was just a “well your not improving any more so this must be the finish line”. I have never experienced the level of care, dedication, and patient advocacy that I experienced with the entire Team at this location! Every single individual at ACCM made me feel like my aches and pains (physically and emotionally) were their top priority every time I arrived for an appointment. Dr Chris and Dr Chris 2.0 actively listened to all of my concerns and ensured to address every single one promptly and with evidence-based best practice. They both ensured that I received the proper medical care in and outside of their office. Karla, the office manager, is truly AMAZING! Karla is incredibly welcoming and works diligently to help schedule customized appointments that fit your schedule and preferences! I have an unpredictable schedule at work due to working at a local hospital, and Karla has always been AMAZING if I need to reschedule last minute or if I’m running a bit late. I cannot express enough how AMAZING she is!!!! I cannot leave a review without mentioning Anna! Even though Anna is moving across the country soon :( she is freaking AWESOME!!! Quite literally one spider bite away from being a super hero!!! I seriously love the entire team at this office! I highly, HIGHLY, recommended this Team to anyone who unfortunately is in need of care post car accident!
