Dr. Calvin Hedman, D.C.

Dr. Calvin was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington. After high school he attended High Point University in North Carolina where we received his B.S. in Kinesiology. As previous athlete himself, he enjoyed learning the science behind optimal training, nutrition, and overall wellness of the human body.

After undergrad, he applied and was accepted to Univeristy of Western States in Portland, OR. There, he received his B.S. in human biology and doctorate of Chiropractic with honors. This is also where he met his wife, Kimberly, who is also a Chiropractor in Puyallup, Washington. Throughout his time in chiropractic college, Dr. Calvin refined his clinical skills and developed his spinal and extremity adjusting while utilizing movement as medicine. Dr. Calvin was selected to participate in a community-based internship program with Accident Care in his final year of school where he gained valuable experience evaluating and treating a wide range of injuries and conditions while promoting the benefits of chiropractic care for overall health and wellness.

Outside of work, Dr. Calvin enjoys being active whether it’s playing pickleball, strength training, or walking with his wife and their golden retriever, Zoomie. He’s excited to be a part of the Accident Care team and help the patients of Lakewood and surround areas!
