Dr. James Calhoun, a proud Iowa native and graduate of the University of Western States, where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Growing up in the Midwest instilled in me a strong sense of community, which I carry into my practice every day. My approach to care is rooted in evidence-based techniques, patient education, and a genuine commitment to helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.

Outside of the office, I’m an avid football fan and a lifelong golf enthusiast. Whether I’m watching a game or spending time on the course, I value the balance that an active lifestyle brings—something I strive to promote with my patients as well.

I believe that successful care starts with listening, and I take the time to understand each patient’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. My goal is to not only provide relief but to support long-term wellness and performance through personalized treatment and ongoing support
