Dr. Ashley Stafford, D.C.

Ashley Stafford was born and raised in the Caribbean Islands, where she developed a strong passion for healthcare and helping others. She always knew she wanted to become a doctor but wasn’t sure which path to take—until she met a female chiropractor at the age of 12. Inspired by the impact women could have in the chiropractic industry, she set her sights on a career in chiropractic care. She later attended the University of Western States in Portland, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2021.

Ashley has been part of the Accident Care Chiropractic team since July 2024, specializing in musculoskeletal health and injury rehabilitation. She focuses on patient-centered treatment plans that help individuals recover from auto accident injuries, chronic pain, and mobility issues. Her goal is to empower patients with the tools and knowledge they need to heal and return to their daily activities without pain.

Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys an active lifestyle and embraces the outdoors whenever she can. Whether rock climbing, snowboarding, playing disc golf, or tending to her garden, she believes movement and nature play a vital role in overall health and wellness. She is excited to bring her expertise and passion for chiropractic care to the Accident Care team and the patients she serves.
