If you ever get in a car wreck definitely go see Accident Care. Dr Bradley really listens to your issues and explains everything he can do to help in great detail. Also, Shiloh is really great at massage therapy and working out those kinks. My body and muscles feel amazing after going to see them both!

I would give this location a 10 star rating if that was an option.Dr. Bradley listens thoughtfully to his patients.Every staff member at the Beaverton location actually seems to like their job. They all make it a point to address patients by first name.I wish every appointment with a caregiver could be this pleasant.

I have nothing but praise for everyone here. From those up front, to all the massage therapists, and to Dr. Brad. Everyone was so kind and informative, and I felt like I was really listened to, which made my recovery so much smoother than I could ever hope for. They not only helped me once, but twice for different accidents, and both times they helped me every step of the way. Please keep up the wonderful work you all do, and thank you so much for helping me not only through the physical struggle of an accident, but the emotional one as well.

I cannot recommend Accident Care Beaverton highly enough!!As a medical professional myself, I can tell you Dr. Brad knows his stuff! He quickly got to know me and figured out which adjustments were most effective for me. He will explain complex injuries and interactions in the body so that you can understand it, and he even follows up by showing you therapeutic and strengthening exercises so that you can recover quicker and become the best version of yourself.When I had questions about insurance, Dr. Brad and his staff took the time to explain all the things I needed to know. They must bill things correctly as I had no issues with insurance.I can tell you the staff there truly cares about you as the patient first and foremost. They are friendly, personable, easy to schedule appointments with, and work as a team to get you on the path of recovery. 10/10! Would go there again and recommend anyone to go to Beaverton Accident Care Chiropractic for professional care in any type of auto injury.

They refused to treat me unless I retained a lawyer that they referred me to. The lawyer required I sign an agreement that any settlement money from the accident be paid to the lawyer first and then after the lawyer paid Accident Care Specialists (and took a third for their own coffers), then I'd receive any monies remaining, IF any money was left. It would seem as though you're better off letting the insurance adjusters rip you off.

Best experience coming here! I never been in a car accident and I was not too sure where to go. Some places I called needed referrals to be seen but I didn’t need one here I got my first appointment pretty quickly and the massages, acupuncture and adjustments really helped a ton! Every time I left home after a massage felt like I was floating out of there 10/10 experience. Before coming here I was struggling with very stiff neck and shoulders constantly headaches as soon as I started treatment I noticed a difference. The staff is Amazing!! Always friendly and accommodating my scheduling needs. I am so sad my treatment is over this place is excellent and I’m going to miss the amazing staff :( Dr. Brad and his team take very good care of the patients here. Everyone in this office needs a raise for their excellent work!

This place is amazing. They take the time to get to know you as a person and create a plan to help you get better. After a serious car accident and 5 solid months of treatment, I am almost as good as new, and I no longer have a fear of the Chiropractor. They guide you through the entire process and are so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to dealing with the insurance companies, other doctors, and lawyers. I literally had not a single worry when being treated, and Dr. Brad even took time to help me figure out alternative ways to keep working out safely while injured. 10/10 would recommend.The ladies at the front desk are some of the nicest people I have ever interacted with in a medical facility, Sami especially is flat out fantastic, kind, funny and puts everyone at ease. Also 10/10.The massage therapists were so good, they always listed to me, adjusted their treatment for my pain, checked in regularly and quite often made me laugh, helping me relax even more.Seriously if you need care after an accident this is the place to go. No questions. I will miss going and seeing them all.

Walking in there after my accident was the best decision I could’ve made. Dr. Brad was amazing. He got me a lawyer sent me to different doctors and coordinated my care with everybody. He even tried to help me Continue with Kaiser Permanente.The massage therapist are really good. My favorites were Bryan and Liz like I said they were really good. Those were just My favorite twoThe front desk staff are all Awesome they’re all super nice and helpful. There’s even a phone number. You can text pretty much anytime to make schedule or reschedule an appointment.Sami at the front desk Even Goes out of her way too play with The children whose parents are getting treatment more than once I’ve seen her on the floor, playing Legos with small kids to keep them busy so their parents could get medical treatment. It’s a wonderful and wonderful environment

This clinic was recommended to me by another providers office and I can’t say enough how awesome the staff and practitioners are at this clinic! They treat you like family or a life long friend! Shawny and Samy are so supportive and went above and beyond to help me when workman’s comp made things difficult. Coming into the office felt like an episode of Friends or Cheers every single time! A couple times they’d even be holding or entertaining a patients kid so they could be seen. ❤️ The kindness is next level.Dr. Brad not only has a kind, caring, bedside manner but looks like a freaking Kelce brother which made visits all that more enjoyable lol!When workman’s comp decided to move me to an MCO, he went out of his way to call the providers he knew and trusted to give me the same level of care and in effort to make the move as smooth as possible. (Spoiler, they were not able to take me as a patient, plus workman’s comp picked another provider for me on their own accord and as one would guess, the new provider is horrible and was so rude and condescending that she made me cry on the first visit. But thanks Dr. Brad for trying 😭) He also advocated for me on other issues with them that were unfair and it felt great to know I wasn’t alone in the WC battle.The staffs level of genuine concern over my recovery, including acknowledging the trauma that comes with being in an accident or other event that causes injury is like nothing I’ve ever experienced from another office. That sense of validation was pivotal in allowing the healing process to take place.Last but not least, every massage therapist was amazing and the acupuncturist was as well. I don’t to say that I hope to see them again, but also, if I had to, at least I know I’d have exceptional care!

I had a really great experience receiving care from this place for the past 7 months. Dr Bradley and Dr Matthew were phenomenal when it came to my care plan. They listened to me, my concerns, and were realistic about path to recovery. The massage therapist team were amazing as well. Shout out to Nick and Shiloh for taking care of me and always listening to my concerns. The front staff were also amazing and accommodating to my schedule. Samy and Lan were always so warm and welcoming every time I came in. Overall, I highly recommend this place not only do the doctors care about your recovery but so does every member on this team.

Could not have been more professional and honestly interested in my full recovery. Dr. Brad as well as all the front desk staff excelled my expectations. They will work with your schedule to the best of their ability, as well as stay in contact with your insurance company and any other party’s involved in your accident. Which helps take that weight off your shoulders. The clinic offered a whose variety of care options, as well as staying informed and implementing on any and all new care options within the practice community. I could not recommend this clinic more.

I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now after being in a car accident for back and neck pain. The whole staff is absolutely fantastic! I was very nervous having to see a chiropractor, but Dr. Brad has made me feel really comfortable. He’s very knowledgeable and walks you through everything. I’ve also seen two of the massage therapists (Nick and Shiloh) and they’re both amazing!Highly recommend!

I was in an MVA involving a commercial truck in March 2021. I came to Accident Care after being hurt by a previous chiropractor. Dr. Brad, along with Nick and the receptionists, took excellent care of me. I wasn't rushed, or given half-hearted care. They did extensive exams, imaging, and check-ins to make sure I was healing correctly. They also explained the process of insurance so I knew how the treatment process worked.I am forever grateful to these kind and knowledgeable providers for helping me heal and get back to day-to-day life!
