I had a rib out and it was extremely painful. They got me in same day. I told him I had a fear of chiropractors because of a past experience. He was kind and mindful when giving the adjustment. He did some massage, adjusted, laser treatment and gave me some stretches to do at home to help. Office was clean and inviting. The doctor was very professional. After I left I could get up and down and take a deep breath without excruciating pain. I’m so glad I went into Accident Care Clackamas. I will be going back again.

Very clean and professional office close to the freeway in Clackmas. Felt welcomed as soon as I came in. It was enjoyable seeing the employees recognized regular patients and remembering them by first name. My visit with Dr Dominic was very educational, comfortable, and I felt amazing when I left. Went here after my accident and was taken real good care of by both masseuse and chiropractors. They have variety of both each with their own specialty. Also very flexible with scheduling since this is accident and some people may or may not be able to make all appointments. I also liked their front office settings and being able to text the office. Dr. Rong provided my fiancé and I with much needed adjustments to address our back and neck issues from long hours at the office. However, his care does not stop there, Dr. Rong has a wholistic approach to patient care and provide us with recommendations and exercises to do throughout our daily lives to improve our pain and help us stay out of his office for longer. I really like this clinic. From the first time I called regarding the crash I was in, they got me in within a day. The entire team from the front desk to massage therapists and Dr's. David, Rich and Matthew have been fantastic to work with and are very good at what they do.The coordination has been great. Having the therapists in-house along with the various treatment options saves me time in running to different appointments as well.I've appreciated the time they've taken to work with me and answering questions and just the overall caring attitude they all have.

I would highly recommend!!I was involved in an accident back in May of 2022 where I started to notice I had headaches, back pains and the neck was very stiff. I was Recommended by a friend to come and see Dr. David to get a check up. He got me diagnosed really quickly and got a treatment plan going. I’ve been following along with his treatment plan the last few months and I’m seeing really great results. Dr. David and his team have been there through the whole process making sure everything is going smoothly!Another thing that I loved about this place is that they offer a lot of different methods of healing. Accident care Chiropractics staff is full of knowledgeable people who truly care. I can’t explain how traumatic my car collision has been financially, emotionally, and physically. From day one I felt comforted on all fronts by my chiropractic physician. The masseuses were all kind, caring, would ask me how I am feeling, and I always walked out of there feeling tremendously better than when I had walked in.There was little, if ever, a wait time. When I arrived right at 5pm my physician or masseuse was standing right at the front desk ready and willing to take care of my ailments.I am starting to feel redundant but my experience with accident care Chiropractic cannot be understated. No, they are not perfect but neither am I—perfection lacks humanity.I waited almost two weeks to see a chiropractor and to call an attorney after I was rear ended at a stop light. Waiting that long would be my only regret.

My husband and I found Accident Care driving down the street after my husband was in an accident. My experience previously with a chiropractor had been pretty shady to say the least. My husband was a patient for Dr. Jordan and he took such good care of him in a shorter amount of time than he was expected. A few months later I too was in another accident and sought help from them. I love the personal care I recieved. It was reassuring to see the imaging that was done. I love that he sent me to a specialist for my lower back to get a second opinion. My experience today at Accident Care was awesome! First off, I called this morning after opening & they were so flexible, they got me in the same day!! Once I arrived, the team was prompt and very friendly.I went in with pretty significant lower back/hip pain due to a previous injury that had flared up significantly, which caused severe pain for 6 days while on vacation! No Fun!After my evaluation with Dr. Jordan, the assistant used a Level 4 heat/laser device that was AMAZING! It helps with muscle relaxation and blood circulation along with a heat pad and therapy massage gun to help the muscles relax too. I didn't want that to end!I then had a light adjustment that had me feeling very relieved of the pain. I went from a pain level 10/10 for 6 days, to a 6/10 this morning to now about a 3/10!I walked out of there more relaxed and feeling much better!Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend/refer friends, family and others to you!!

After getting into an accident one of the first things I wanted to do was to go see someone to make sure everything was ok. Like most people I look at the reviews to see what people think and what their experiences were like. After reading accident cares reviews, it almost seemed to good to be true that every person rated them 5/5. But I can honestly say I haven’t been to a place where that was more accurate! Starting with the staff, always greeting you by name the moment you walk in and making you feel welcome. The massage therapists were all amazing. Taking the time to see what my needs were before and during each appointment meant a lot. When going through an accident or dealing with body pain, you put a lot of trust in whoever it is that is helping you. After meeting with Dr. Jordan, within minutes I knew I was in good hands! Talk about someone who is so knowledgeable, so professional, and cares about each person’s individual wants/concerns. It is hard dealing with the unknown after getting injured but I always felt that I was guided throughout the whole process and felt reassured that feeling better was going to happen. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Jordan! 5 Stars! I can't imagine where I'd be in this crazy accident journey without the team at Accident Care in Clackamas. I admit I wasn't sure about any of it in the very beginning and that's no doubt because I had never been to a chiropractor in my life or ever heard of massage therapy, nor had I ever been in an accident where I needed medical care, but now I am a huge fan of these treatments! Dr. Jordan is the best, he saw me personally at every single appointment, kept me informed as we went along the way, explained my injuries to me so that I could understand them and made me feel comfortable at every visit. Dr. Jordan pretty much handled all of my accident care and needs starting with my very first appointment, and I really needed someone to do that because once your primary gives you referrals and you leave their office, you kind of feel like you are on your own. Kudos to all of the staff who became like family and were always so very kind and helpful, and very special thank you to Javier who handled most of my massage and made me feel comfortable for 8 months!
