If I wasn’t a chiropractor, I would be: a musician playing bass guitar, guitar, harmonica, drums, and singing vocals.
Favorite junk food: Brownies
In my free time I like to: Hang out with my friends and family especially when we do my hobbies. I like to play music and participate in outdoor activities such as snow/water skiing, white water kayaking/rafting, disc golfing, mountain biking, ultimate frisbee, hiking, and fishing.
Favorite song: “Made to Measure” by Umphrey’s Mcgee
Why I became a chiropractor: I have always known that I want to do something where I am helping people directly. I wanted to find a career where I could build and maintain personal relationships with people and when I found chiropractic, I had the opportunity to do this while helping people overcome their pain, improve their daily function, and live their best lives. There is nothing more rewarding than guiding and assisting patients through the arduous healing process.
Why I love what I do: It is so satisfying to finish each patient interaction with them thanking you and knowing that they were looking forward to their appointment all day. I also think the human body is intriguing and amazing. I am a life long learner and in this profession, I get to learn more about the human body every day. I achieve great results by using a combination of physical therapy modalities, nutrition/lifestyle counseling, rehabilitative exercises, and specific spinal/extremity adjustments of various techniques to most effectively treat patients.
