I have been in 7 (maybe 8…)car accidents in my 30 years of living on this floating rock called Earth. I have always gone and done Chiropractic, acupuncture, cupping, massage, and PT in various groupings depending on the accident/situation. At the end of the treatment plans, it was just a “well your not improving any more so this must be the finish line”. I have never experienced the level of care, dedication, and patient advocacy that I experienced with the entire Team at this location! Every single individual at ACCM made me feel like my aches and pains (physically and emotionally) were their top priority every time I arrived for an appointment. Dr Chris and Dr Chris 2.0 actively listened to all of my concerns and ensured to address every single one promptly and with evidence-based best practice. They both ensured that I received the proper medical care in and outside of their office. Karla, the office manager, is truly AMAZING! Karla is incredibly welcoming and works diligently to help schedule customized appointments that fit your schedule and preferences! I have an unpredictable schedule at work due to working at a local hospital, and Karla has always been AMAZING if I need to reschedule last minute or if I’m running a bit late. I cannot express enough how AMAZING she is!!!! I cannot leave a review without mentioning Anna! Even though Anna is moving across the country soon :( she is freaking AWESOME!!! Quite literally one spider bite away from being a super hero!!! I seriously love the entire team at this office! I walked into the Hazel Dell location and was greeted with such a special warm and friendly welcoming by Carolina and Dr. Stockton. The facility is super clean and full of positive energy and is exactly the type of place you want to go to when you are trying to fix an issue you have. I went in for an adjustment and came out feeling like a new person. Dr. Jacob Stockton is full of smiles and knowledge and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. His attention to detail while listening to you and doing work is far above the rest. I've been to many clinics over the years for various injuries but have never in my life experienced such an amazing experience like this in my life. I also had an amazing massage with Ana - it was the perfect touch and pressure. This is a must go to clinic for any type of chiropractic and massage. I can not recommend this enough. If you are looking for a place to go, then look no further. Do yourself a favor and come here right away. The only regret you would ever have regarding this clinic is not going here to begin with.
