F.A.Q – Frequently Asked Questions
Question: What if I don’t have health insurance and get into an automobile accident?
Answer: Auto accident injuries are fully covered thru your auto insurance.
Question: What if the other driver doesn’t have insurance and it was their fault?
Answer: Your own auto insurance company will fully cover your medical expenses. You make an accident report to your auto insurance company and they will seek settlement with the party at fault.
Question: What if it was my fault?
Answer: Your fault or not, you still have the right to seek medical help if you’re injured. As long as you have insurance on your car, all medical bills will be covered thru your auto insurance.
Question: What if I was the passenger & I don’t have insurance?
Answer: As long as the driver in the car has auto insurance, all passenger(s) in the automobile will be fully covered in the event of an auto accident
Question: What if I need additional imaging?
Answer: We have an X-ray machine onsite which will be fully covered thru insurance
Question: What if I’m just a little sore and don’t feel like I need treatment?
Answer: You should still come in and get checked out by a doctor. Even minor injuries can lead to unexpected long term effects. Also only a small amount of time is allowed to pass after your accident before insurance companies will begin denying medical coverage. So the sooner you get in to get checked out the better.
Question: Do I need a lawyer?
Answer: This is entirely up to you, but our recommendation is to leave your settlement up to the professionals. We work with a trusted network of lawyers who specialize in dealing with insurance companies and can better serve your needs in a more timely and efficient manner than if you were to handle your case by yourself. We would much prefer our patients focusing on getting better physically and emotionally, rather than worrying about all the stressful details in dealing with insurance companies and their settlements.
