Back in April 2023, my dad (Donald Terry) was involved in a car accident where his vehicle was pushed off the road; leaving him with chronic neck, back and shoulder pain. He was referred to Accident Care in Hillsboro, where he promptly began Physical Therapy treatment. Right off the bat he was greeted with a comfortable environment and friendly staff. After consulting with Dr. David and the team of physicians, they formulated a treatment plan that he was comfortable with, and over time he got very good results.Overall he is very pleased with the services he received at Accident Care. What stood out to him most was how the staff were always willing to take the time to ensure he was comfortable and that all his questions were answered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their care to family or friends in need.
I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars.I was involved in a bad car accident and David took me in for treatment immediately. He's very knowledgeable in more avenues than just chiropractic care and quickly linked me up with other medical professionals who took very good care of me.I recovered and am completely pain free and I'm not sure it would've been as fast if not for David's knowledge and treatment.David's staff at AccidentCare are amazing people, I felt like I was with family. I recently started going here and let me just say I’m so happy I listened to the great reviews they had. The staff is so friendly and make me feel so extremely comfortable. I want to start off by saying every single employee at this practice have been nothing but pleasant and welcoming. I got in a car accident in November and was referred to physical therapy by my doctor, I did my own search and decided to make an appointment at this location due to amazing reviews and the description of services on their website. My initial appointment I had many questions, Dr. Travis answered them all and made me really feel at ease and so hopeful for the treatment. He has always been awesome to work with and really makes the process as clear as possible explaining the reasoning and process of the treatments. They have many different types of treatments they do and that's what sparked my interest. I was weary of trying acupuncture and cupping and everything was explained in detail and Quinn is great I'm so glad I tried it, it has made such a difference in my problem areas. The massage therapist Ashley is a delight and always so professional, and attentive, there are other amazing massage therapists like Nick as well but Ashley is just who I see the most due to scheduling. Every one working here makes it such an enjoyable experience having to take time off of work to attend these appointments. Such positive energy in the air upon arriving, no wonder this practice is thriving. Thank you to the whole Hillsboro staff for all the support on my journey to recovering from this accident! I recently went to see Dr. Travis after my motorcycle accident and he did wonders. Obviously the accident wasn’t all that bad, for being on a motorcycle since I’m here typing this, but I was left with a lot of upper back and neck pain. Especially while doing something as simple as driving to work. When I called to schedule my first appointment I was very pleased with their service and when I actually came into the clinic, I felt very welcome and like I was going to be taken care of. Surely enough, Dr. Travis and his CA, Jacqui, definitely delivered what I expected. I definitely recommend going to see them if you’re dealing with a similar situation. 5 stars all day.
